What You'll Do

Associate Administrator position provides Tier 1 end-user provisioning and technical support. The position requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to apply documented processes to new problems as they are identified. It requires good customer interaction skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work co-operatively to meet deadlines and objectives. Successful candidate is also expected to work on different projects from time to time that may be assigned by team lead or manager.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Conduct industry audits related but not limited to Active Directory, Oracle and other systems supported
• Will be assigned as "On-Call" staff during weekends and holidays
• Provisioning and access management in the following but not limited to: Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365, Security Groups, Distribution lists, Kerio Email, Portal DMZ, Zoom, Shared Folders, Skype, VPN Access, SharePoint, OneDrive, FNP service, etc.
• Provide end user support for but not limited to the following applications: Oracle HRMS, Taleo, Qualtrics, CareerPoint - Cornerstone, Empower, TTEC University, ImageNow, Mosaic, TTECJobs.com, Centerpoint, etc
• Conduct project and initiatives assigned to ISU Provisioning
• Conduct regression testing and UATs
• Assist Team Lead on administrative tasks
• Conduct internal trainings
• Perform tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Write/Extract management reports
• Creating/Updating documentations like SOPs; Job Aids, FAQs, etc.

What You Bring to the Role

• Extensive end-user involvement and excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Applicants must be willing to do "on-call" duties
• Can demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, obtaining appropriate certifications, and developing skills with ever changing technology
• Experience in supporting PC software including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, or relevant technical training/degree from an accredited college, university or technical certification.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
• Experience in Active Directory, PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Windows 10, SharePoint, OneDrive. Experience in SQL and in ITIL is an advantage.
• Experience on a BPO company
• Ability to translate technical subjects for non-technical audience
• Work as part of a regional team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones

Compensation and Benefits

• The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $45,000 USD
