It Support Technician Intern Jobs in Nevada

Basic account management associated with end-user access and permissions

Perform diagnosis and resolution of on-site and remote end-user IT related issues

Provide IT related support for remote office workers as needed

2+ year’s work experience providing Level1/Level2 IT Support for end-user requests and issues

Working knowledge of PC and desktop hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows)

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure skills and concepts

Organized: You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills

Proficient: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices

Maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to help users self serve
