Job Description
The Opportunity: Las Vegas, NV
Full Time: 40hr/week, no remote option
Contract length: 4 months
Expected start date: May 9th 2023
Salary: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour

As an IT Support Engineer Intern, you will work with our IT and InfoSec teams to provide high-quality technical customer service to all our employees and collaborate cross-functionally. You’ll find yourself constantly challenged and excited about the next big thing.

About You

  • Communicative: Whether written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected
  • Initiative: You have the ability to independently assess issues and take action
  • Educated: Pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree or Diploma in IT, Networking, InfoSec, computer science, or a similar field of study. This is a team with lots of full-time opportunities for the right candidate after the completion of an internship.
  • Interpersonal: Your great attitude makes you approachable and you demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Organized: You have excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Proficient: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices

Key Responsibilities

  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Provisioning and de-provisioning of machines, users and systems access
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues and tickets, resolving and documenting solutions
  • Assessing recurring issues to create automated processes and solutions where possible
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to help users self serve
  • Owning the full cycle of our IT onboarding process: setting up and deploying IT equipment
  • Managing Hardware and Software asset inventories
