It Support Technician Intern Jobs in Missouri

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

2 years of experience as a help desk technician or similar support role preferred

Good judgment and critical thinking skills

Attention to detail and strong written communication skills to help with technical documentation

Good written and verbal communications skills

Technical knowledge in WindowsOS, MacOS, and iOS

Associate’s degree or higher IT-related degree (Networking Systems, Computer Science, etc.), relevant IT Certification, or 1+ year experience.

Basic Desktop support and Debugging Skills and Knowledge

While not required, let us know if you have basic knowledge or certification in the following areas:

Tier 1 desktop and service ticketing support (On-site and Limited Remote)

CompTIA A+ Certification or Similar

Responsible for Handling All New User Technology Onboarding

Assisting users with system access – password management, support & assistance

Device setup, inventory, maintenance, management & support

Responding to, tracking, resolving, and documenting support ticket requests

ISP / Network troubleshooting and maintenance

Support Active Directory, Office 365 and RDS
