Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in customer support.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Microsoft, CompTIA, or other certifications

Experience in a Desktop/System Administration role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable experience in related field.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the business, employees, consultants, and contractors.

High quality analytical skills, the ability to pay attention to details.

Experience supporting IT applications in a Manufacturing environment a plus.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Development tools including VB.Net, Perl, SQL Development.

Demonstratable IT triage, problem solving and diagnostic skills, effective problem solver.
