Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

We are seeking an experienced analyst to conduct performance measurement, analysis and reporting of our digital channels and products.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent work experience required

Advance skills using Google Analytics (Big Query), Enterprise Data Warehouse and SQL server

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain and/or present analysis

Airline or travel industry experience

High knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, processes, and procedures to independently resolve issues

Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to draft communications and knowledge base articles

Break/fix support for COE (Common Office Environment) software including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and Teams using demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities

Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and Dell server hardware

General knowledge to perform high-level network troubleshooting analysis, Cisco knowledge preferred

Stage, prepare and deploy computer, peripherals, and devices to the users

Establishing, administering, and maintaining project and knowledge management processes and tools.

This is Hybrid position (in office and work from home). Office is located at 2850 West Gold Road, Rolling Meadows IL.

Assists with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.

As appropriate, write and validate business requirements and conduct system tests.

Strong 10 years related experience required including project support and data analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
