It Support Data Analyst Jobs in Kansas

Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of client transaction files, including timely management and clearing of business rule exceptions

Review, enhance, and sign settlements ensuring client payments and refunds are processed timely

Work with Claims team to reduce Claims in Verification and other claim functions.

Partner with Ops teams to assist with special projects

Ability to learn new systems and manipulate data for reporting

1-2 days onsite | Leawood, Kansas

Experience in IT Support role preferred

Experience supporting business facing applications preferred

Technical knowledge of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices required.

Technical knowledge of Aloha POS hardware and software, Windows operating systems, VMWare, iOS, Cisco routers/switches preferred

Excellent customer service skills required

Analytical thinking and problem solving skills required
