Overview A Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers and clients. They are responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, developing and executing strategies to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients. They must identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must also ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. The Strategic Account Manager must also be able to analyze customer data and develop reports to track customer trends. They must also be able to develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. Job Skill Requirements• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
• Proven track record of success in customer service and sales
