Overview A Strategic Account Associate is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability. They are responsible for understanding the customer’s needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities. Detailed Job Description The Strategic Account Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop reports to track progress and performance. They must be able to provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or related field
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
