This includes conducting job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. The Staffing Coordinator must also ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills to perform their job duties. The Staffing Coordinator must also manage the scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that staff are properly compensated.
