Overview Staffing Coordinator Community Care is responsible for coordinating and managing the staffing needs of a community care organization. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified staff, as well as managing the scheduling and payroll of staff. The Staffing Coordinator must be knowledgeable of the organization’s policies and procedures, and must be able to effectively communicate with staff and management. Detailed Job Description The Staffing Coordinator Community Care is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and hiring of qualified staff for the organization. This includes conducting job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. The Staffing Coordinator must also ensure that all staff are properly trained and have the necessary skills to perform their job duties. The Staffing Coordinator must also manage the scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are filled and that staff are properly compensated. The Staffing Coordinator must also be knowledgeable of the organization’s policies and procedures, and must be able to effectively communicate with staff and management. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a staffing or human resources role
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
