Staffing and Community Relations Coordinator- Wellington, FL Cotler Healthcare and Development is seeking a dynamic full-time Staffing and Community Relations Coordinator. The Staffing and Community Relations Coordinator under direct supervision, will assist various staffing and community relations tasks and duties for the office. This individual will be responsible for working on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. /Duties: STAFFING Manages the scheduling and coordination of long-term care community clinicians' meetings with communities, and start-up of initial visits with patients. Creates and maintains daily staffing reports, which include clinician A-Z lists, Facility List, staffing lists, etc. Updates SSD Email Address's as needed. Successfully matches existing clinicians with long term care communities (LTCs). Assists with coordination of submission of new referrals from facilities that clinicians are beginning services in (active accounts or new accounts in which a new or existing clinician is beginning services). Contributes to staffing and recruitment meetings with President, VP and/or Director of Recruitment and Staffing to ensure goals of department are met. Performs follow up call's w/clinicians and LTCs after initial meeting to confirm start dates and to facilitate transfer of cases to New Model clinicians in the EHR by the Referral Department in a timely manner. Submits credentialing to facilities prior to clinician start date. Performs post follow up start up calls with LTC clinicians and alerts CRT to complete 2-week facility follow up. COMMUNITY RELATIONS Creates and assists President with resolving Community Relations Team (CRT) tickets/cases including, but not limited to staffing follow-ups, internal marketing, miscellaneous issues/ concerns expressed by contracted Cotler clinician or long-term care customer. Assists company business development and growth goals by making phone contacts with facilities to educate/re-educate about referral process and symptoms that would prompt a patient to be referred to Cotler services.
