As Bar Shift Manager, you'll perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee the Beverage Department and ensure the highest quality of service at all times.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Conduct training programs inter-departmentally for associates to ensure maximum guest service levels are maintained in the department.
  • Order beverages and other supplies.
  • Schedule associate work shifts.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in the management of inventory, cost of sales, paring of the outlets and all procedures relating to this process.
  • Ensure high quality of guest service and handle guest complaints when deemed necessary.

  • Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating beverage outlets.
  • High School Diploma, College Degree in related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Minimum of two years management experience in a full service food and beverage outlet, preferably casino.
  • Strong communication skills.
