3+ years of work experience in environmental sustainability or chemical management, ideally in the fashion industry

Continue to develop and implement a robust chemical management program, including protocols, policy, reporting, and enforcement of our MRSL

Manage the Environmental corrective action plan management process

Strong project manager with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability of reporting

Manage implementation of our smart RSL testing strategy

Manage vendor recruitment and programming related to resource efficiency initiatives

Engage with third-party compliance management system to ensure vendors are supported and assessment objectives are clear

Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage own time and workload

Ability to analyze information to drive business decisions, manage project plans and resources.

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Social Purpose, Corporate Social Responsibility, or ESG programs

Oversee the development of materiality assessments to ensure Social Purpose strategies are aligned to the Company’s business strategies, objectives and priorities.

Lead the efforts to develop goals and metrics for defining program success utilizing the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board metrics.

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)

Knowledge of international development sector would be desirable, but not a requirement.

Undertake SAP data entry including Purchase Requisitions

Minimum of 2+ year’s administrative experience, legal assistant work experience in a corporate environment preferred, but not required.

Monitor and mitigate forced labor risk through management and continuous improvement of social responsibility due diligence program

Design, plan and implement vendor-facing human rights related initiatives using established project management principles to address prevention, identification and remediation.

Provide operational support for NFL Foundation website and Grant Application Management System (GAMS) updates, social justice application reviews and reporting.

Manage NFL Social Justice email with responses, return phone calls, and conduct weekly check-ins regarding emails that require follow-ups

Assist in preparation and production of player town halls/internal discussion & education

Previous experience engaging with non-profit organizations.
