Position Details:

The Process Management Analyst leads/oversees select functions which support the daily productivity and profitability of the Grainger product portfolio. You will be responsible for execution of departmental processes while ensuring their standardization, optimization, and continued review for improvement. You will report to the Manager, Supplier Stewardship.



You Will:
  • Be a subject matter expert for processes, and enable customers to meet strategic purchasing needs through cross-category portfolios
  • Embrace curiosity to identify problems and possible solutions and take appropriate action to resolve
  • Establish and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage processes to meet regulatory and/or stakeholder considerations
  • Support supplier diversity and social responsibility projects.
  • Deliver decisions and recommendations specific to location/ department
  • Implement and support standard processes within defined service level agreements
  • Collaborate with partners across departments to support priorities
  • Analyze and interpret data for patterns to enable decision-making with simple, visible metrics

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP, SQL, and/or other database and reporting tools
  • 1+ years related experience
