Job Description
Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Social Responsibility team is looking for a Social Responsibility Coordinator! This role will assist with all community outreach efforts and programming. This position entails assisting and adding to the HEAT Group’s visibility in the community through the creation of lasting and effective community goodwill, as all cascading objectives of the organization are met.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required.

  • Consult with the Arena Marketing team for the Kaseya Center on community outreach collaborations with visiting artists and entertainers performing in our building.
  • In tandem with the digital influencer marketers, establish network of digital marketing partners such as influencers, story tellers, activists, journalists, that build inclusive and authentic content.
  • Track and handle distribution of player memorabilia and facilitate the with recipient.
  • Under the direction of the Director of Integrated Marketing, explore a SR social influencer marketing program for the 2023-24 season.
  • Work closely within SR, across other departments and with community partners to develop and establish new and exciting opportunities in the areas of women’s history, eSports, mental health and inclusion.
  • Maintain and improve where necessary on processes developed that account for HEAT Academy students and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop impactful storytelling opportunities that can lead to stimulating content.
  • Season-long tracking on Monday.com to be aware of where our partners fall within their deals, so we can be mindful to future programming or program inclusion.
  • Metrics: Lead and maintain all processes that track and account for event metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Lead a content creation schedule that fulfills organizational pillars and focuses.
  • Work with our Senior Director of Growth Marketing to review and analyze data on the performance of community influencer campaigns to make objective recommendations to the Director of Arena Marketing & Digital PR.
  • Assist in re-branding certain elements of the Social Responsibility department to less of an event-based program and more purpose/cause-driven marketing.
  • Develop ways to increase fan engagement and visibility within our community programming.
  • Work with Culture & Inclusion Department to engage Gen Z staffers.
  • Assist with game day functions on an as-needed basis.
  • Cross collaborate with HEAT and Arena colleagues to develop innovative concepts for community digital marketing campaigns and storytelling narratives across a diverse roster of social impact opportunities.

Education And/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or equivalent. Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and project management.
