Manage product catalog to ensure timely launch or removal of products from the site.

Drive reporting share outs and reconciliation across teams to mitigate inventory liability and systems issues

Partner across team to share strategies, learnings and status updates to lead as one team, focused on the customer

Knowledge on business management, online site merchandising, product management.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills including the ability to meet external and internal deadlines is required.

Collaborates with Digital Marketing to ensure the overall customer experience.

Experience in a retail environment is a plus.

4+ years of experience in Project Management in an agile environment.

Resolve small to mid-sized back-end issues related to item setup in a content management system, attribution and navigation.

Manage day-to-day Site Operations project - item setup, product categorization, item ranking and visual merchandising.

Conceptualize, build and maintain backend website taxonomy to support new and existing business categories, optimizing experiences for discoverability and SEO.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field.

2+ years of experience in consumer-focused eCommerce environment

Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance recaps on merchandising and overall site KPIs to be shared across management and executive levels

Build personalized merchandising experiences in collaboration with CRO and marketing to create a cohesive shopping experiences across the site

Manage the site activation calendar to support new product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and brand campaign launches

Collaborate with the Merchandising team on seasonal priorities, product education, assortment selling trends, delivery updates, and product master data accuracy

Complete competitive analysis to identify industry trends and use insights to elevate the customer experience online

3 - 5 years of work experience within DTC e-commerce and/or Site Merchandising

Experience with content management systems

Establish metrics of success and monitoring across user experience for personalization, site merchandising, and product discovery

Experience leading teams in e-commerce, consumer tech, or retailers with an online revenue business

Experience with machine learning and personalization algorithms

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Manage E-cat photo communication, shot list and workflow to ensure details, key product messages and curated site experience are executed

Experience in Ecommerce Analytical Tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau); fluency in any of these tools is a plus

Demonstrated degree of curiosity to learn new skills

Manage site merchandising calendar to maintain monthly timelines on product build and product go-live on site

Work closely with UX team members to ensure an intuitive navigation to optimize the performance of the customer’s experience

Manage and implement user & A/B testing to help constantly evolve and optimize the user experience
