Job Description
Parallel Employment Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a client located in Fort Atkinson, WI. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to existing and potential customers while providing quotes, entering orders, and communicating order status throughout the process. This is a 1st shift opportunity.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain customer files
  • Enter customer orders via email, phone, and web
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery time, shipping information, special requests
  • Prepare quotes for potential customers


Requirements


  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must be able to type 30-35 WPM
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Must have excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
