Collaborates with various departments to ensure timely delivery of all Test Systems and documents required to support testing.

Directs the development of test system and detail test scenarios for Quality Assurance Engineers. Identifies potential test applications and automation tools.

Monitors testing systems, including tracking test system deficiencies, the development of improvements and gathering metrics to report progress to leadership team.

Work closely with Product Managers to review Requirements/Specifications, estimate tasks, and size project releases

Review test results and create test reports to product management

Responsible for QA team performance management; provide regular direction, mentorship and coaching

Experience with formalized testing and SDLC, and practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA

The Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance position is the lead Quality

Serve as Quality member of Product Approval Committees for new product development projects to ensure high-quality product performance in the market.

Serve on PCA Operations Leadership team as Quality Representative and ensuring Quality is included in the Operations strategy.

Communicate KYC and AML QA results to management as well as monitor resolution of any profiles that require remediation.
