Foster LogicSource’s supplier ecosystem by maintaining in-depth knowledge of and relationships with the national supplier marketplace by sub-category

Build, manage and execute large-scale and multi-client RFx through our sourcing software

Two years in a project management role or equivalent experience.

Experience working directly in decor project management and/or agency experience on experiential marketing projects.

Experience in decor production and management.

Experience with CoreBridge, Smartsheets (or other project management software), ERP, a plus

Familiarity with design software and content management tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Pim core.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in K-12 publishing (print and digital) educational materials.

Mortgage Sales Management experience or its equivalent

Centralized sales experience or processing center management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills to answer questions and communicate issues clearly and concisely to associates, members, and upper management

Independently manage teams of 10 – 15 mortgage associates

Manages pipeline and meets minimum monthly personal production for the team

Bachelor’s degree 7+ years experience managing email & print marketing campaigns from strategy, briefing to execution

Experience with product marketing/product go-to-market & seasonal campaigns

Experience operating in Reporting / Web Analytics tools (GA, Looker, etc.)

Responsible for briefing, executing, and measuring performance of product launch, sales .and merch-driven email marketing campaigns.

Interface with our print management software to prepare bid requests, assign jobs, track production, invoice our clients and report results.

Manage day-to-day activities of the print program to ensure efficient operation and effective execution.

Manage quality control of all print and purchasing activities to ensure excellence.

Manage data analysis to ensure print materials are produced accurately and delivered on a timely basis.

4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Minimum of five (5) years business to business sales experience with 2 years of advanced selling assignments

Minimum of two (2) years Digital Printing and Solutions sales experience

Intermediate knowledge of MRP/ERP software; SAP, Oracle, MAS 500, Sage, etc.

7-10 years’ experience in production management or related field required (Jewelry industry preferred)

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production costing including the Analysis of production costs, lead negotiations, sourcing and consolidating vendors.

Maintains superior project management skills that see things from ideation through to fabrication and onsite implementation

Has an innate attention to detail with strong organizational skills and is capable of keeping the work consistent and on-track.

Senior Production Manager, Physical Events

Collaborate across the Events Team to bring our strategies to life - bridging the gap between production, programming, and sponsorship.

Collaborate with event agencies to develop all onsite operational plans (pre-cons, onsite comms plans, security, credentials, room assignments, flow, etc).

Has a proven track record working in production with a history of contributing to both strategy and logistics

Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Must have superior leadership ability and be self-motivated.

Solid knowledge of malt facility operations, regulations, quality standards, financial planning, and budgeting.

5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
