Senior Payments Accountant Jobs in California

5+ years experience in product management, launching features from start to finish.

Strong technical skills and ability to explain complex systems that you've built or managed. Experience as an engineer is a plus.

Experience as a product manager on complex, payments-based products.

Exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate your thinking.

Proven experience translating big, ambiguous problems into clear plans.

Documenting requirements, and managing workflow (ideally using JIRA/Confluence).

3+ years of Management experience

Effective management skills to lead, develop and motivate a team

Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management

Manage and develop a team of individual contributors for leading commercial payment product strategy and development

Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
