Design, develop and lead the overall new hire experience strategy for hourly production team members

7+ years of progressive work experience in adult learning, training, and educating an hourly production workforce

3+ years of experience leading a training team

Ensure consistency in the quality of programs across the organization

Lead a strong training team

Own the overall process and strategy for the Certified Training Program

Conduct plant-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed, including training records needs assessment.

Advise management on training opportunities as observed and develop action plans as appropriate.

Comfortable giving feedback and presenting to management staff.

Manage work of training coordinators and will manage level two training coordinators.

Designs, prepares and order educational aids and materials.

Assess trainee/trainer effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.

Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role with people management responsibilities

Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, leadership, interpersonal and presentation organizational, time management, problem solving, strategic, team building, and execution skills

Minimum 6 years experience within a training and quality role preferably within the healthcare industry

Knowledge and understanding of key training principles including conducting needs analysis, scoping, designing, developing and evaluating training modules

Ability to prioritize and manage time

Ability to manage a virtual team

7+ years of instructional design experience or project management experience

Proficient knowledge of Learning Management Systems

Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time

Leading, defining, and delivering large business improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and project management tools.

Influence and continue to move forward the culture of Lean/continuous improvement to all levels, from senior management to shop floor employees

Generating and tracks training compliance metrics and trends, and compiles metrics and information to produce Quality Management Team reports
