Degree in engineering, project management, or combination of relevant leadership experience

Collaborating with Sales Engineers to ensure a consistent client experience

4+ years of B2B Implementation experience - ideally with "workflow" based software and 1000+ users within the client organization

Experience Project Managing large scale rollouts of software, and facilitating enterprise organizational change

Experience designing non-standard, creative, and non-"out-of-the-box" workflow solutions

Experience working closely and building trust with both Product and Engineering teammates

5-7 years of telecommunications engineering and construction knowledge and experience.

Strong computer skills required, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.).

Manage and supervise staff by appraising performance, training, administering salaries, and communicating department objectives.

Manage and direct plans and specifications to provide high quality service within established time frames and to meet defined financial criteria.

2+ year of previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education or other applicable field or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred;

3+ years working with learning content authoring and management tools;

Master’s degree preferred in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or other applicable field or equivalent experience;

Manage, coach and mentor a team of curriculum professions with our managerial competencies and Mission, Vision and Values;

Mentor instructional designers and assessment writers to create knowledge based and performance based assessment items;

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames.

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Manage creation of quality instructional components of print and digital products.

Analyze standards and other curriculum requirements to contribute to the development of blueprints, scope and sequences, and other project content-planning documents.

Write and edit educational materials (lessons, activities, assignments, assessment items, etc.) for assigned products and content areas.

Teaching experience preferred but not required.

Contribute to internal knowledge management processes by routinely updating existing materials and sharing new learning from projects internally

Develop curriculum for community college presidents for new offerings to the field to support transformational community college leadership

Manage onsite delivery of curriculum at in-person institutes and events for presidents

Experience translating research into curriculum for executive audiences or applying adult learning theory

Masters degree in education, educational leadership, public policy or related field preferred

7+ years working experience preferred
