  • Collaborate with the operations and people team to develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall museum operations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, working closely with GMs to implement best practices
  • Build a system to measure success of implemented processes and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes

Staff Training and Development:
  • Work closely with the change and learning team to ensure ongoing training and development initiatives are aligned with operational goals
  • Collaborate with change and learning, people, operations and GMs to develop training programs for the operations team, ensuring consistent and high-quality guest experiences
  • Provide support in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members for upcoming museum openings
  • Drive best in class hospitality goals

Revenue Growth and Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets to ensure optimal performance across museums
