Financial Analyst duties will include the following:

• Will serve as Business Partner and provide financial support for operations

Strong organization and time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Helps to lead and contributes to strategic design, implementation, and management of strategy roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and initiatives.

Knowledge of health care industry trends.

2 years of experience with strategic roadmap planning and project management;

2 years of experience developing analytical reports and dashboards utilizing Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Tableau CRM, or similar tools;

2 years of experience working with Python/R and its libraries;

2 years of experience developing and implementing dataflows utilizing Alteryx, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics or similar tools;

2 years of experience documenting technical specifications, developing training plans, and mentoring new team members; and

Monthly Performance Review (MPR) presentation materials to senior management, including the validation and improvement of the corporate Tableau dashboard data

Assist in the preparation, review and management of key annual senior management meetings, which include the

Perform ad-hoc/special projects such as high traffic moment, A&P investment resource allocation, Promo COGS analysis, and gross margin management

5+ years experience in investment banking, strategic finance or management consulting

BS/MS/MA with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years of experience in chemical/mechanical/aerospace engineering industry.

Experience utilizing process simulation tools such as ASPEN Plus.

Working knowledge in high temperature thermochemical energy conversion devices such as engine, reformer, reactor, burner, or combustors.
