Corporate Financial Analyst Jobs

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Hybrid Financial Analyst role for a large, reputable organization in Winston Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and be strong analytically with a business partner mentality. This role will offer a work/life balance and the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Financial Analyst duties will include the following:

• Will serve as Business Partner and provide financial support for operations

• Help with annual budgets and budget variance analysis

• Month-end analysis

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations,

• Track & analyze costs and expenses among service lines.

• Compensation modeling and analysis

• Pro forma analysis for new projects

• Post journal entries, as needed, and provide some assistance in month-end closing process

Qualifications desired:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

• Minimum of 2 years analysis or accounting experience

• High energy and engaging

• Strong relationship building skills

• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
