5+ years of experience with multi state leave administration with preference for CA, FL and MA experience.

Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

5+ years of experience administering leave cases (STD/LTD/FMLA) strongly preferred

Educate and mentor HR colleagues to guide them in their communications with employees in relation to the employees benefit plans.

Performs data entry, records management, and document processing according to established guidelines as assigned;

Assist with record management and retention, background check processes, and Verifications of Employment;

High School Diploma or G.E.D. with three (3) or more years of full-time administrative or clerical experience

Processing complex retiree paperwork in SAP and vendor site, death forms, and retiree death benefit cancellations

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office and advanced experience with SAP including BrioQuery

Senior HR Benefits and Data Representative - $35-$37/hr

Knowledge of benefit-related regulations and requirements including PPACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA

Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem resolution skills required General understanding of vendor contract management helpful

Manage a portfolio of benefits and policies

Participate in or manage benefit-related projects independently and in conjunction with other team members

5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field with significant exposure to and understanding of employee benefits.

Utilizes the IKEA Summary Plan Descriptions and ensure compliance and provide consultation to HR on benefit administration, regulations, laws and policies.

Demonstrated knowledge of employee health and welfare benefits associated processes and procedures.

Salary Range: $73,000 - $83,000 (Commensurate with education and experience)

Performs benefits analysis, identifies issues, and provides recommendations for efficiency and/or corrections. Follows up with customers to ensure data is accurate.

Fields questions and advises and instructs customers on benefits and payroll policies and procedures.

Handle inquiries regarding employee benefits and services, problem solve issues and offer creative solutions, escalating to the Benefits Manager when needed
