4 6 years of experience in information security

IT Security support in the scheduled review of system security vulnerability scan results. Identifies critical issues and suggested resolution.

Receive and accurately log all support requests in a timely manner using 84 Lumber Incident Management tools

Project Management support for small scale technology deployments

Demonstrated experience supporting third party security tools to manage and audit information systems

Evaluate new tools and use existing tools to help discover and mitigate security vulnerabilities

Coordinate with System and Network Administrators to ensure security vulnerabilities are tracked and mitigated in a timely manner

Review vulnerability scans and research new vulnerabilities and malicious software

Experience with security risk management

3-5 years of experience in information security

Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, IPD/IDS, VPN, Web Proxy, Vulnerability scanner, etc.

CISSP, GCUH, CEH, or other forensic certification desired (but nice to have)

Experience with Specific product experience that is desirable includes: SentinelOne, Splunk, Insight VM, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Darktrace, Wiz, Tripwire Enterprise, etc.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks desired (e.g. PCI, SOX, SSAE16, ISO 27001).

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and business requirements

Analyze appropriate security assurance levels

Evaluate security policy and next-generation threats

Analyze and recommend SSL encryption/decryption strategies, vulnerability protection profiles, content filtering and perimeter security controls

Analyze potential impact of new threats and exploits, develop and implement expert firewall solutions to mitigate threats

Implement and manage Carbon Black Protect (CbP) and vulnerability management programs in the OT environment.

Understanding compliance requirements specifically NIST framework

Define requirements, implement and maintain National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) compliance for Industrial Control Systems.

Define logging aggregation, alerting, patching, backup, and restoration capabilities for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) network.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience

Working knowledge of NIST, ISO 27002, and/or other security frameworks

Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory Users and Computers and Group Policy Management Console.

Experience managing workstations using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or other desktop management tools and strategies.

Collaborating with fellow IT members to orchestrate updates and patches for systems, devices, and applications, aiming to address any existing vulnerabilities.

Establishing and managing security exemption procedures for addressing vulnerabilities in systems or solutions that do not meet security policies or standards.

Assessing the security measures of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to ensure compliance with security requirements.

Facilitating and backing the implementation of corporate security initiatives specific to our business unit.

Experience with endpoint management tools like JAMF, ManageEngine, Intune

Excellent Communication Skills. Comfortable working with business and technical individuals at all levels of the organizations

Experience in a hybrid work environment a plus

Experience working with Microsoft Azure Active Directory

Skilled in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Experienced with producing high-quality technical and end-user documentation

Utilize corporate ticketing system to document and track incidents, requests, user interactions, and detailed hardware/software asset management.

Experience with Windows Server and Remote Desktop Support is preferred

Recommend and implement corrective solutions for end-users in person, and remote support for off-site users as needed.

Bachelor’s degree and or relevant technical certifications preferred.
