Salad and Go was founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona. The company currently operates 105+ stores across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Oklahoma and growing.


Salad and Go is seeking an IT Support Analyst.


As the IT Support Analyst, you will:


  • Basic ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connections and peripherals
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing enterprise software solutions and workflows
  • Provide professional customer support, respond to inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels over email, chat, and phone while maintaining SLAs
  • Excellent Communication Skills. Comfortable working with business and technical individuals at all levels of the organizations


Requirements
  • Experienced with producing high-quality technical and end-user documentation
  • Skilled in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Zendesk a plus
  • CompTia A+ certification is preferred
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Experience with endpoint management tools like JAMF, ManageEngine, Intune
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment a plus
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
  • End-user support with Windows/MacOS workstations and enterprise software solutions
