Participates in the High/Major Incident Management Process for service restoration of high-impacting Incidents affecting the application(s).

Utilizes, writes, and updates articles in the Knowledge Base.

Receives, logs, and manages end users' requests related to the application(s).

Two or more (2+) years of professional work experience in IT support or technology team.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.

Working knowledge of Statistical reporting, Data coding – general, Data analysis and trending Database design/programming, Database management software

Knowledge of project management to manage deliverables

Implements applications, tools, processes, and structures that assist end users with the management of data in their business unit.

Assists in making oral and written presentations to project teams and management.

Applies best practices to the management of the information system life cycle.

Ensures security of technology solutions including maintenance and development of ISOPs and assisting in vulnerability management.

Knowledge and experience with the Linux Operating Systems, preferably on a large scale (100+ servers) environment (Cray, IBM, HPE,...).

In-depth knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Bash, Csh, Ksh, .

Knowledge of HPC scheduling Software such as either SLURM, PBS, LSF, or Condor

Knowledge of HPC Parallel libraries (MPI, OpenMP)

Additional Qualifications (behavioral traits, certifications, etc)

Production support including periodic after hours and weekend support responsibilities

Knowledge of trends in technology

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Retail or help desk experience

Experience supporting retail stores, POS Software, Aptos POS and/or Java web applications

Ensures product knowledge of AGCO and Agri-Service offerings are up to date.

Understands and uses offerings from AGCO Finance or other finance companies.

Develops and maintains the sales skills necessary to sell a premium priced product.

Develops and maintains product knowledge on AGCO and Agri-Service products.

Demonstrated experience selling premium priced products, farm equipment sales experience preferred.

Ability to develop and maintain product knowledge of AGCO and Agri-Service products.

Ensures product knowledge of AGCO and Agri-Service offerings are up to date.

Preference for knowledge and work experience with inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy systems

Minimum: Pharmacy degree with three (3) or more years of relevant work experience

Preferred: Five (5) years relevant experience in a health care setting

Minimum: Three (3) years relevant experience

Preference for knowledge of current inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy system workflows and processes

Minimum: Obtaining applicable certification will be an expectation of the role

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

·Technical knowledge with Control Valves, Desuperheaters and Steam Conditioning Products and the systems they go in.

·Strong mechanical aptitude, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

·2+ years of technical experience in customer support and/or troubleshooting of industrial equipment/technology

·2+ years in-plant operations experience.

Knowledge of Change Controls; processes and procedures, and in particular, SOX requirements as they relate to financial controls.

Experience in configuring and supporting Access database applications a plus.

Administer application configuration, security, licensing, and renewals.

Understand and administer tools supporting the application.

Follow internal controls processes, and provide internal controls information for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) designated applications to the compliance team.

Understand the applications roadmaps and understand the positive or negative impacts of implementing changes.

Experience with IT service management / ticketing systems

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with comparable experience in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Consulting with management and sales teams on product development.

Ability to liaise with management and the sales department on application development.

Ensuring that product offerings and functionalities are aligned with consumer trends.

Training salespeople on product specifications and service offerings.

Extensive experience in application engineering in a sales environment.

Advanced knowledge of software application development, installation, and maintenance.

Write the technical portion of the proposal in collaboration with Senior Commercial Manager and R&D/Technical team

5-12 years of experience as Process Engineer in an EPC company or their customers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Have experience interacting with customers to provide product recommendations and technical support throughout product sales cycles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate proposals and negotiate agreements.

Have experience developing technical solutions to product integration challenges faced by customers

Two (2) years of experience in a business analyst role demonstrating understanding of business software concepts, capabilities and opportunities

Strong analytical skills and ability to offer useful insights via reports

Understanding of good release management practices.

Excels at project management; able to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once while working against timelines.
