10+ years minimum of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L responsibility

Develop Store Directors and Managers to deliver a strong customer experience in all stores

Communicate corporate initiatives and directives to field management and teams through daily or weekly meetings and bulletins.

Lead the stores to drive business daily, weekly, monthly and annually with a constant focus on Client Experience and Client Development

Demonstrate knowledge of the local markets and business environment trends that include competitors’ business activities and overall trends

Deep knowledge and experience in Retail Banking Products and customer service/call center management (10+ years of experience)

ACH and payment system process management and system configuration (processing, returns, stop pays, etc.)

Customer service management including associate reporting, call and email reviews, process design, training documentation, etc.

Project accountability, tracking and management with your team

Develop appropriate reports for management regarding the findings of operations review testing, maintain records of monitoring activity and schedules.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in Finance

Possess and maintain superior knowledge of compliance laws and regulations including fair lending, UDAAP, HMDA and other applicable consumer compliance regulations

Applied experience in development and execution of fair lending and UDAAP risk assessments

Applied experience with fair lending testing and monitoring methodologies including matched pair and redlining analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including testing and monitoring reports and exam and audit responses

Lead a team of FLRB professionals (1-3 direct reports)

12+ years of experience in corporate communications, with proven experience in exec comms, PR and media relations

Understanding of the financial services industry; experience in the startup and venture capital space or related industries

Media train and prepare spokespeople for media engagements

BS/BA degree in business/management related field or equivalent experience.

Develop and coach branch team profiling and sales skills while ensuring high product knowledge.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Analyze due diligence data to define Supply Chain Finance structures, proposal and credit requirements to lead C-suite and client team engagements

Proficiency with digital banking and the management of a call center
