Overview Remote VoiceNation Customer Service Representatives provide customer service and technical support to VoiceNation customers. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing solutions to customer problems. Detailed Job Description Remote VoiceNation Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing customer service and technical support to VoiceNation customers. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. They must be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to customer problems. They must be able to accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records. They must be able to provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
