Works with other ITSM processes to understand new requirements and identify how Change Management can support them.

Knowledge of IT Change Management process.

4 to 5 years of experience working with change management

Supports effective use of change management by support groups and other processes.

Knowledge and experience with managing and maintaining the data concerning all configuration items in applications and IT infrastructure through change requests.

Works with Change Manager to improve the change processes and update SOPs and training PPTs.

Assists in the preparation of visual reports/presentations to present analysis to management

Ensures compliance by performing quality data audits, mining, and management

Interprets, analyzes, and provides insights to teams and managers to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities

May offer guidance to junior analysts, ensuring proper training and tools are provided

Partners with the centralized Data Governance team to implement and support data governance and data quality requirements

Working knowledge of business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Facilities Management skills, IT skills and technical knowledge; strong problem-solving skills; good negotiating skills and excellent communication skills.

Deliver training courses to the required quality standards as detailed in Skillsoft / Global Knowledge’s quality procedures.

Develops change management strategies for programs and projects and leads the change management efforts for various initiatives.

Ensures appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results.

Organizational Change Management Lead Professional Services (Remote)

Develop human-centered methodologies to create consistent, best-in-class experiences that bring our x-functional teams into the digital world.

Execute transformation strategy leveraging a shared service of change managers, enablement, and communications resources.

Manage status and execution of change strategy and report on progress, delays, wins, and issues to leadership.

Proven experience developing change strategies, methodologies, thought leadership, and value-based outcomes.

1 year of experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading

5+ years of organizational change management and business transformation experience

Minimum four (4) years experience working with senior leadership to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic program management.
