Organizational Development Trainer - Remote Contract

A TekStream client, a healthcare technology company, has an immediate need for a well-rounded Organizational Development Trainer for a remote long term contract / contract-to-hire opening.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and maintains Orientation/Onboarding programs, site and tools through collaboration with Human Resource Generalists, leaders, and other business owners
• Facilitates various training programs across the organization (DiSC, Mindsets) as identified and acts as lead facilitator for leadership programs that have already been established
• Provides development coaching for increased proficiency by establishing rapport with leader and associate to include constructive feedback
• Conducts regular touchpoint meetings with all new hires as part of their introductory period
• Partners with Sr. Mgr., HR to establish and support a formal mentoring program, including assigning mentors and mentees, managing logistics, helping to coach, as needed

Requirements:

• DISC Certified
• 2 years as part of a learning solutions team or equivalent
• 3 years of experience with conducting a needs analysis
• 3 years of coaching experience
• 7 years’ experience facilitating learning events (classroom, asynchronous, blended)
• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, education, organizational development, instructional design or other related field
• 3 years of experience creating presentation materials

Preferred Training, Certification and Education:

• Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Adult education or Human Resources
• CPLP
• Coaching certification
• Certified Master Facilitator (Leadership Strategies or ATD)
