Job Description


In this role you will manage, and improve the Quality of all systems as it relates to Technical Learning and Development. Implement new and revised training through the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). Applies knowledge and technologies to the design and development of Learning Management System Learning Paths of the learners.


Responsibilities


  • Overnight travel required approx. 25% of the time.
  • Monitor, evaluate and manage training activities development and updates in the Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ensure all new and revised SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and other reference material are reviewed for impact to Learning Material.
  • Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula or courseware standards. Create the training plans and the loading of training material into the document management system for approvals.
  • Support departmental quality oversight, deviation management and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of classroom, web-based, and other media training programs and how they will integrate with the LMS.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on the applicable Learning Management System for deviations management, change management and validation programs for US CSL Plasma.
  • Provide input to Global Plateau Change Committee. Support the assessment, upgrade and deployment of change initiatives to support improved functionality and efficiencies of the system.
  • Lead teams without the benefit of a direct reporting relationship.
  • Interface with multiple functional groups and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum content and methods meet legal, regulatory, and corporate goals.


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Quality, Education, OR equivalent combination of education, training and work experience required


Required Skills


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality role in a regulated industry..
  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training or working in a Learning Management Systems.
  • Proficiency in office applications, spreadsheets, graphics and statistical programs, and use of electronic quality and operational systems.
  • Analyzing and Developing layered systems, and understanding impact to structural changes.
