Senior Advisor Level
Part time
20 hours/week Sept 2023 -June 2024

Working as part of the Transformation management office, this OCM advisor should bring a depth of experience managing the change specific to mergers and be able to guide our internal team through change assessments, change plans, communication & training strategy. This person will also help us with designing + monitoring the metrics that help us understand how our internal and external audiences are adapting to the change.

Looking for
Merger change management experience, deep experience with OCM, active listener & collaborative, effective mentor to internal staff, experienced with developing & monitoring OCM success metrics
