Coton Colors is currently seeking a Product Associate for our Corporate Office & Design Center, located in Tallahassee, FL.

• Extremely detailed and process oriented
• Systems Savvy and computer proficient; Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
• Highly motivated, self-starter; ready to dig in, find problems, and proactively fix them
• A team player, eager to provide support across the organization as needed

JOB OVERVIEW: Supports product development, management and sourcing for both Coton Colors and Happy Everything! brands for both wholesale and retail businesses. This individual will work with the Product team to confirm all final details of products such as costs and launch dates, and input data into corporate systems. Additionally, the position will work cross functionally with Creative, Sales, and Web teams, as well as our external vendor partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES (but are not limited to):

• Systems savvy and computer proficient; Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel
• Supports Product Development and Sourcing team and the daily tasks associated with bringing to life new concepts and designs
• Creates and submits product set up templates for Corporate and Website Marketplaces to accurately communicate our final product information to end consumer, including Amazon, Wayfair, and others.
• Assists the Product Function on various projects
• Reporting
• Maintains and organizes vendor price quotes, keeping up to date records of price change logs
• Supports Product Team
• Gathers and records physical details of product samples, including weight and measurements
• Owner of sourcing details including but not limited to vendor matrix, pricing, inner and master packaging by shape and sku
• Maintains the product development library including but not limited to lifecycle status, materials, product packaging, product labeling.
• Competitive analysis of peer brands for pricing and material considerations and present findings cross-functionally
• Owner of Reports and Scorecards to track product sales by audience and channel, including Retail, Wholesale, and Dropship businesses
• Product Data Flow
• Owner of UPC creation in GS1 and Product SKU maintenance
• Owner of product data accuracy and updates across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Netsuite, Airtable, Brandwise, GXS, Intertrade, and external customer and marketplace sites
• SKU Creation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in product management related field.
• Degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product Marketing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Uphold and exemplify the Coton Colors core values and image
