In partnership with the Volunteer Services Manager, develops RMPM Volunteer Strategies for all RMPM Brands.

Provide advice, recommendations, and/or specific functional support necessary for the continuity of operations during a declared emergency.

Carry or wear their official District government ID card during the period of the declared emergency, if not teleworking.

Accreditation in Public Relations, as certified by the Public Relations Society of America, strongly preferred.

This work is performed primarily in an office setting.

Pay Plan, Series, and Grade:

Monday - Friday - 8:15 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

You are capable of using technology to effectively and professionally communicate with co-located and remote colleagues.

10 or more years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, public relations.

6 or more years of experience in a volunteer management database.

Support In-Kind Manager to map project needs agency wide and renovate in-kind management systems.

Build and manage the budget for YouthCare’s Community Relations work.

Support Events Manager to manage Annual Luncheon and other public YouthCare events.

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and the ability to meet deadlines, impeccable follow-through.

The salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 and is commensurate with experience.
