• Oversee the fund’s accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure that funds are available for investments.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving the fund’s performance.
• Monitor investments and ensure that they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
