The Real Estate Fund Controller is responsible for the financial management of a real estate fund. This includes overseeing the fund’s accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Real Estate Fund Controller is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Real Estate Fund Controller will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the fund’s accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure that funds are available for investments.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving the fund’s performance.
• Monitor investments and ensure that they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial professionals.
• Monitor and report on the fund’s performance.
