Job Title : Sr. Quality Control Inspector

Duration : Long Term Contract

Perform at-the-machine First Article Inspections for all multiple quantity precision fabricated parts

Determine and perform appropriate tests needed to verify fabrication has been performed as specified

Identify ongoing quality issues and make suggestions for improvement

Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment

·Java | Strong focus on technical hands-on experience (with ability to writing code)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Day 1 on-site with Hybrid mode)

·Any SQL database (Oracle, Microsoft or any other)

·Understanding of AWS (as Delta is migrating apps to AWS)

·Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins/Maven etc.

Secondary or Good to have:

Practical experience with experiential/exploratory testing methods

Experience in both designing and implementing automated tests as part of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.

Demonstrable experience of testing in service oriented architectures and understanding data flow through such systems

Demonstrable knowledge of modern technology solution architectures

Experience working with version control systems such as git

Bonus: Experience using build and configuration tools such as BuildKite and Terraform

Some software quality experience strongly preferred

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, ideally in medical device manufacturing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Assist in risk assessments, familiarity with ISO 14971 required

Support regulatory submissions from a quality standpoint

Assist in preparation for internal and external audits

Experience with test case management tools such as Test Rail

Exposure to defect/requirements management tools e.g. JIRA

Test case development based on functional and technical requirements

A minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in software development

Professional experience in agile/lean methodologies and processes - ideally Kanban or scrum as a minimum

Good communication skills both written and oral

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Reviews requirements and specifications and provides feedback

2+ years professional automation testing experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience with CSS path, xpath, json or HTML is nice to have.

Knowledge of QA principles, concepts, systems, industry practices, and standards.

Preferred experience includes auditing, quality theory, project management, and materials science.

Own the process for recurring QMS systems, process audits, customer complaint process, CAR management, or others.

Notifying the Quality Manager or Executive Quality Director if they have any problems with another team member
