The primary responsibility of this position is to be the daily quality liaison for communication to our customers for change requests, FAI, product qualifications, customer corrective actions and customer related inquiries. The ideal candidate will work with product design and specification, devise testing plans, and methods and equipment to assure reliability of the product.

The following challenges await you:
  • Plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality control and quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products.
  • Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
  • Work with engineering on new product launches and customer approval process of handling/submitting required documents.
  • Assist in developing and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation to meet customer requirements.
  • Devise sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Daily uploading of required SPC to customer portals as required.
  • Plans and conducts the analysis, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the assigned product or component.
  • Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
  • Develop proactive quality initiative strategies and drives their implementation.
  • Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for materials being processed into partially finished or finished products.

Your Profile:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • CQE, CQT, CQA certificate
  • Knowledgeable and practical experience with SPC for data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to interprets blueprints and geometric tolerances to determine engineering dimensions and tolerance specifications.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and visual capability to detect the range of items described in inspection criteria.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years Quality Assurance semiconductor related experience
