Create clear and attainable project/program requirements.

Utilize and maintain project management tools such as project plan, risk analysis, project charter, etc.

Develop extensive project management controls for navigating complex cross organizational boundaries.

10+ years project management-related experience

Proven success with large-scale project management

Direct and manage complex medical device and software projects from beginning to end

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path to mitigate risks

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans

Experience in managing software projects

Proven working experience in project management

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

5-10 years of experience in project management positions at an OEM

Cradle-to-Grave project management: scope, cost and time

Work with internal departments, engaging with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, sales and service

Four-year degree in engineering, business or related disciplines

Responsible for overall project management on all projects, profit/loss, and successful completion from bid to closeout.

Associates degree in construction management or related engineering field preferred.

Minimum two (2) years of construction and/or project management required

Proficiency in Project Management Accounting Software preferred.
