About Our Client
Our Client is one of the most reputable Multifamily Developing Companies in the Greater Minneapolis area. They are currently experiencing a major influx of work in their Multifamily division. With a brand new office in Plymouth, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

  • Inspect the job site on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
  • Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
  • Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
  • Estimate changes in scope of work
  • Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
  • Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades
  • Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
  • The desire to grow their career professionally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong background in Residential Construction
  • Strong track record with client relationships
  • The desire to mentor some of the younger Project Managers
  • The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable Residential Contractor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
