Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Typically 5 years of project management experience in a related industry

Experience leading a diverse team with various management hierarchies

Ensures projects comply with company quality management systems.

Creates and tracks budgets for the projects. Manages the scope, schedule, and budget of the projects.

Manages and plans submissions to regulatory agencies. Interfaces with Senior Functional Managers and Executive Leadership as needed.

·Plan and implement company wide projects per management and customer requirements.

Project Management Certification is strongly preferred (PMA).

·Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.

·Assign duties or responsibilities across the project team.

·Manage Projects in the regime:

Essential Functions of the Job:

Demonstrated record of achievement in project management with experience in life sciences, drug discovery or related field.

Plan and report project progress in meetings and review and submit written reports to customers and management.

Must have a track record of efficient time management with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Training and experience managing external contracts and customers.

Demonstrated knowledge of government contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), is a significant plus

Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Develop feasible, person-centered, and comprehensive service strategies that improve resident interactions with government and staff work experiences.

•Expand team members’ skill sets through regular feedback, learning sessions, and one-on-one mentorship.

•Design and facilitate skill-shares with State colleagues, so they can apply strategic design methods to their work.

•Offer and take constructive feedback.

Keep management informed of any problem area, especially those that may have financial impact.

BS in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Construction Management or related field required.

Must have strong analytical, verbal, written and communication skills.
