Essential Duties & Experience

• Prepares project documents including progress reports, project schedule updates, and financial/budget updates.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, or Adobe Acrobat preferred.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains project schedules.
• Minimum two (2) years of construction and/or project management required
• Monitors project scope for changes affecting budget and schedule; identifies cause, advise customer, and negotiate change in fee.
• Generates, reviews, and approves estimates, contracts, change orders, work orders, etc.
• Works with project managers, superintendents, and/or foremen to plan, organize, and direct activities associated with projects.
• Ensures all daily construction related issues are being addressed and is responsible for ensuring smooth transitions to clients.
• Associates degree in construction management or related engineering field preferred.
• Responsible for overall project management on all projects, profit/loss, and successful completion from bid to closeout.
• Monitors project progress for adherence to schedule and man hour expenditures versus percent complete.
• Identifies solutions to any problem which might impede progress of the project or adversely affect customer relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites - Word, Excel and MAC Suites required.
• Investigates potential serious situations and implements corrective measures.
• Proficiency in Project Management Accounting Software preferred.
