Successful management of complex projects ranging in value from $6-$19 million

Confers with GC to outline work plan and assign internal duties, responsibilities.

Manage up to 3 General Contractors at the same time.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Thorough working knowledge of general construction materials, processes, and systems

Proven leadership experience leading internal and external teams

Effective communication (both written and verbal) skills, Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to manage simultaneous projects

General knowledge of production control/scheduling systems

Experienced in Lean Six Sigma and 6S Manufacturing principles

Develop and maintain a strong purposeful team supporting the mission-driven culture in line with corporate vision.

Send project deliverables to account manager and relay any questions/responses from internal team members

Track and assign plans and strategy to ensure timely completion of tasks

Follow up with team members regarding tasks that are overdue / pending

Report regularly on status of projects

Become an expert in Asana - keep tasks organized, with proper headings, tasks, comments etc,

Identify trends in analytics / metrics and be proactive with accounts

5+ years Project Management experience in construction required

Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities

Manage financial performance while mitigating exposure to risk

Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities

Experience managing and leading field-level staff and holding the accountable to project goals

Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Bilingual a plus

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Introduce and leverage industry best-practices for project management activities and processes.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a tech startup environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage resources effectively.

Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team; participate in client meetings and discussions, as needed.

Analyzes complex business problems, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements and maintain production system documentation.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience

· 3+ years of relevant experience

· Prior experience with document review, inclusive of certificates of insurance, contractor indemnity, and lien releases

· Retail real estate construction experience strongly preferred

· Track all deals for lease execution

Construction Project Manager experience preferred

Excellent organization skills (oral and written)

Strong prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills with a custom service focus.

Cultivate long term business relationships

Consult with salespeople, customers, engineers, owners, and electrical distributors

Coordinate customer schedule with factories to ensure timely completion

BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or equivalent years of related professional experience.

Prepare weekly, or as needed, status reports to project team/executive management.

Manage project timelines and deadlines per the detailed project work plan to implement Office 365 products.

Manage project scope and client expectations.

Project Managers will be required to direct team members as projects are deployed.

Although this role has no direct reports, Project Managers are expected to mentor Project Coordinators.
