Experience in providing daily operations and support for M365 products in a large corporate/government environment at the project or program level.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable relevant experience for strong General Contractors.

Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate

Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence

Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process

5+ years of related experience

Experience managing projects valued in excess of $20,000,000

Contractor management and Safety Work Permit experience

Toll-gate process experience for project management

Manage projects to support the site capital maintenance of business budget projects involving the facility and manufacturing process equipment

Process Manage of Change requests to support process, equipment, or facility changes

Mechanical design experience is a must

Controls and Electrical Engineering experience is a plus
