Overview The Programs and Business Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the organization’s programs and business activities. This includes managing the organization’s program and business initiatives, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and providing administrative and operational support. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Programs and Business Coordinator is responsible for the following:
• Developing and managing the organization’s program and business initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and implementation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and partners.
• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the organization’s programs and business activities.
• Providing administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing databases.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitoring program and business performance and providing feedback to management.
• Assisting with the development of new programs and initiatives.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve program and business performance.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in program and business coordination.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Experience with project management and process improvement.
