The Worker is responsible for working on thePMOOperationsteam that supports thePMOwith processes, tools, and reports.

This role may also be responsible for the following:

Generates portfolio reports in textual and visual formats

Maintains the project repository by establishing new project SharePoint sites and archiving completed ones

Provides basic assistance to Project Managers on processes, templates, and tools

Works with thePMODirectorand Managers on maintaining existing processes/templates and creates new ones

Minimum Requirements:

• Understanding of project phases and standard project management deliverables
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Excel, Word, Visio and SharePoint
• Writing and editing skills
• Ability to see a task through to its end
• Analytical thinking skills
• Following instructions and processes, ability to listen and learn
• Project Coordination or Project Management
