WHAT YOU’LL DO: We are currently seeking a highly committed individual to join our esteemed team in the role of Senior PMO Manager. The Senior PMO Manager is accountable for effectively overseeing the daily operations within the PMO to include project coordination and project management, offering expert guidance on PMO policies and procedures, supervising the project team, and fostering collaboration with leaders from various departments to cultivate and execute projects and programs.

• Monitor reporting and assist the team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
• Ensure cross-project dependencies are managed.
• Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.
• Build cohesion within the team and motivate the team to produce quality work.
• Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.
• Define and embed project control and governance.
• Provide change management across the organization
• Oversee overall project coordination and project management teams, and ensure teams meet expectations by removing impediments and escalating concerns/process issues to Senior Management for resolution
• Establish frameworks and standards for projects and compile project-related financial and KPI information.
• Consistent focus on process improvement and process efficiency, removing waste from processes, and optimizing processes throughout the organization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:In order to achieve success in the role of a Senior PMO Manager, it is imperative to exhibit exceptional qualities of leadership and effective communication. To excel in the role, it is necessary to possess exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
• Ten plus years of project management experience is required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• At least five years of experience in the residential solar industry is required, and a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred or relevant years of experience
• Excellent organizational, technical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
